By accessing or using the Calendra platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Calendra regarding your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future terms, do not use or access the service.
Subscription & Billing
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid features of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time.
- 01. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable for partial months of service.
- 02. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes.

User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium; using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service; or attempting to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Service.
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calendra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Calendra exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.
