Calendra collects only the information necessary to provide a seamless scheduling experience. This includes your account details, calendar integration tokens (authorized via OAuth), and specific event metadata.

Name, email address, and profile preferences to personalize your dashboard.
Schedule Metadata
Time zone information and event durations to optimize your daily brief.
How We Use It
The primary purpose of your data is to generate the Daily Brief. We process your upcoming appointments and tasks to provide a curated view of your day, helping you find focus.
Calendra stores the email and calendar content you choose to connect, encrypted at the application layer using AES-256-GCM. When we generate your daily brief, we decrypt the relevant excerpts in-memory and send them to our AI processing partners (listed below) to extract actionable insights. The encrypted content remains in our database so you can review and refine your brief over time.
AI Processing Partners
To generate your daily brief, Calendra sends excerpts of your content to the following AI providers for processing. We never send them your credentials or OAuth tokens.

Security
Fortress-Grade Architecture
Your email content, calendar events, AI-generated actions, connected-account tokens, and theme preferences are encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM — in addition to full-disk encryption provided by our database host. Your connection to Calendra is secured via TLS 1.3.
